Fixer Upper

In case you are in the market for an inexpensive home, this could be for you. This cute fixer upper is located in Two Guns AZ. As you can see it is well ventilated, so AC costs should not be a concern. Landscaping has been kept with the traditional AZ desert look for low water use and to keep the local HOA happy.
Since there is no electric, this gem is perfect to start that “go green” solar energy project. And with no running water can we say “solar still”. Yep that’s right, feel good about harnessing Mother Nature to power and water your new home.
This image was taken back in the spring on a road trip to Grand Falls. Two Guns AZ is located about 35 miles east of Flagstaff on I40.

Good Lord, sir, I can’t even begin to say how much I enjoy this! I don’t see an inground pool here, though, did you leave that out of the frame perhaps? But I do see lots of parking for the fleet of hoss’ that we have, so that’s good. AWESOME image here Chris, fan-flippin-tastic!
